Photograph of a clock tower, in Lima. It is included in the album of photographic miniatures by José María Eguren from the archives of the National Library of Peru.
As part of the celebrations for the centenary of the Independence of Peru, in 1921, the German colony presented the German Tower, a monument also known as the Clock Tower, located in the University Park. It was designed by the german architect Friedrich Jordan Barkholtz, and opened to public in 1923.
