Zoila Aurora Cáceres Moreno (Lima, 1877 - Madrid, 1958) was a Peruvian writer and journalist, social activist and one of the forerunners of the women's suffrage movement in Peru. In 1905 she founded the Social Center for Ladies in order to encourage women to be educated in different trades and to be able to work in the labor field. Later, Cáceres would support the women's labor movement, advising them in their demonstrations. The National Library of Peru currently preserves part of its collection of letters, records of its political participation, newspaper clippings and various drafts of the writer.
