A pictorial map of the tomb area of Yeongjo’s birthmother Lady Choi (1670-1718) painted in 1753 (Year 29 of Yeongjo) before it was raised to the status of Soryeongwon. It was painted to be shown to Yeongjo. General outline consists of tomb area, ancestral service office, service room, and a monument tablet house. Grasses around the tomb area were marked with different colors. 18th Century drawing technique such as Pimacun, a continuous line drawing and Mijeombub, a dot drawing are well portrayed.

- Korean caption: 1753년(영조 29) 영조의 생모 숙빈최씨(淑嬪催氏, 1670~1718)의 묘소를 소령원(昭寧園)으로 승격한 뒤 묘역을 새로 단장하기 직전에 그린 지형도. 당시 영조에게 보이기 위한 어람용(御覽用)으로 제작되었다. 전체 구성은 묘소와 제청(祭廳), 재실(齋室), 비각(碑閣)으로 되어있고, 묘역에 해당하는 사초지(沙草地)는 색상을 달리해 구분하였다. 필선을 연속하여 그은 피마준(披麻皴)과 작은 점을 반복해 찍은 미점법(米點法) 등 18세기에 유행한 화법이 잘 나타나 있다.
