Piffetti's room. The "Piffetti room" is one of the richest and most important places in the museum and takes its name from Pietro Piffetti, an emblematic figure of the Baroque world-wide and author of the monumental doppiocorpo here preserved. On the opposite wall you can admire the portrait of Carlo Emanuele III of Savoy, painted in 1738 by Maria Giovanna Battista Clementi, best known with the nickname "Clementina".
