The Decorative Arts Museum originated from the rich legacy left by Pietro Accorsi (Turin, 1891 - 1982) and it was opened in December 1999 by Giulio Ometto.
The museum comprises twenty-seven rooms divided into two sectors: the first one hosts the exposition of pieces from the eighteenth and nineteenth century – in particular Baccarat crystals, Piedmontese silverware and Meissen porcelain.
The second sector of the museum one hosts many pieces of furniture that recreate the ambience of a refined home of the eighteenth century, in accordance with the antique dealer’s taste.
The museum also hosts numerous exhibitions ranging from the 18th to the 20th century.
