Fragment of a ceramic handle made with light-colored pastes and small and medium-sized degreasers, using a wheel and oxidizing firing. It has a drip of honeyed glaze, and a slightly invaded edge with a straight lip.
At the top of the handle it preserves a circular seal with a rampant lion, a symbol of the city of Zaragoza since the Modern Age.
In the city of Zaragoza there were a large number of workshops dedicated to the ceramic production of everyday goods such as jugs.
