Mermaid panel

This panel, made up of sixty tiles, was one of the decorations in the Chapel of the Rosary in Sant Martí de Llaneres parish church. The piece is notable due to its fantastical, secular theme, used to decorate the inside of a religious building. Mermaids, exotic birds and floral compositions are interspersed to create a scenic backdrop.
