Early road proposal in Virgil between Four Mile Creek Road and Niagara Stone Road. The map proposes a new road between Four Mile Creek and Swamp Road near Lawrenceville (today Virgil), dated 1858.
The original road allowance would be current Line 1 Road and the proposed travelled road would be present day Field Road.
