<dapho> Jang Jung Youn, W 47cm x L 110cm

The dapho made of fabric woven with ramie and silk is a reproduction of dapho from the Goryeo period, which was discovered in the storage cavity inside the gilt bronze statue of Buddha of Munsusa Temple in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do Province. It has a double collar with a stitched line in the middle of the collar, and a trapezoid of fabric is fastened to the side slits and pleated. It was sewn by hand with thin hand-twisted silk thread.
