Pop Group “Los Keys” in Front of the Christopher Columbus Monument in Huelva

Los Keys was a pop group formed in Huelva in 1968 by its members Pepe Roca (guitar), Fernando Gómez, Jesús Conde (singer), Pepe Barros, and later, Eliseo Alfonso and Felipe Serrano (keyboards). Although they tried to make a record, they were unable to as they were considered too avant-garde. The fact that they sang in English didn't help either. Several members of Los Keys went on to form Tartessos (1972–76), one of the pioneering Andalusian rock bands, which would later become the group Alameda. Daily newspaper Odiel.
