Zaragoza, Spain

Pot with a globular body with a slightly convex bottom, a straight neck, a flat rim, a thickened horizontal lip on the outside and inside, and two handles on the upper part of the body.

It is made with brownish paste in reducing cooking.

On the walls and back it has an ashy patina as a result of having been in contact with fire.

According to research by Aránzazu Mendívil, parallels of this piece have been found in other places in Zaragoza such as Calle Cinco de Marzo, Paseo de la Independencia or the Cathedral of La Seo; as well as in Lérida, in Pla d'Almatá, in chronologies from the end of the 19th century. XI and beginning of the XII.
