The drawing (for the house no. 60 at Dr. Azevedo de Albuquerque Street, whose applicant is Maria Madalena Teixeira Lima) displays a configuration very similar to those seen today: a balcony with two lighting spans and a central door. However, the corbels supporting the roof cornice are missing. On the ground floor, at the entrance to the house, the composition is the same: a door on the left side and two windows on the right. Above this, an opening that is shown in the elevation drawing has been suppressed (possibly resulting from an interior modification). The document includes a plan of the floor in question, showing two bedrooms, a stairwell and a large living room.
