This rule book sets regulation for the finance uses of the palace and central offices to reduce royal expenses. Minister Park Mun-su wrote it in 1749 (year 25 of Yeongjo). The book sets standard to reduce goods from different provinces that were offered to the king, to different palace buildings, to the crown prince, princesses, etc. It was published to correct financial system of that time and is a good material to study late Joseon period central financial system.

  • Korean caption: 1749년(영조 25) 호조판서 박문수(朴文秀)가 궁중 재정을 절감하기 위해 왕실과 중앙 각사(各司)의 재정 용도를 적은 규정집이다. 내용은 대전(大殿)․중궁전(中宮殿) 등 각 전과 세자궁․빈궁 등 각 궁, 그리고 여러 후궁들의 방(房) 등에 진상(進上)․공상(供上)․진배(進排)하는 물종(物種)을 절약하도록 규정한 것이다. 당시 재정 체계를 바로 잡기 위해 간행된 것으로 조선후기 중앙의 재정 관계를 살피는 데 중요한 자료이다.
