The scene is of an inn at Akasaka. On the left a man is exiting the baths, another reclines as he waits for his meal, a servant girl brings the trays with dinner, and a masseur receiving a request can be seen. In a room on the opposite side prostitutes called “ojare” are putting on the final touches in preparation for evening  ntertainment.
