Shirley Temple at War Bond Drive

As the crowd watches the event, Shirley Temple participates in a war bond drive at the Victory House program sponsored by the Santa Monica Rotary Club. She is on stage autographing covers of war bonds and stamps. The event took place near the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and 4th Street. During the event, people bought war bonds and stamps in support of WWII.
