Hand-painted silk handbag fan with three Dutchmen dressed in red with white aprons and caps. Margin decorated with flowers in shades of red, green and white, all embroidered with sequins in gold and silver. Twelve wooden sticks enameled in red and engraved in gold. Guards decorated with the same decorative motifs. Metal handle and button.
