Souvenirs d’enfance. (Childhood Memory).

The series “Memories of Childhood” portrays Clown Georges. It was the stage name of Petr Rudenko. Eisenstein had seen him perform him in the Riga Circus in Pauluchchi Strasse. In 1921 Rudenko would teach acrobatics to Eisenstein’s students at the Proletkult Theatre, coaching them for the production of "The Wise Man."
