Stanford V NSW,

In August 1928 the Stamford University baseball team visited NSW for a month-long baseball carnival.

The carnival included matches at the SCG No 2 against NSW on Wednesday 1 August and 22 August and against the Metropolitan Club on 7 August.
Three matches were played against the Australian baseball team at the Royal Agricultural Showground (4 and 11 August) and the Sydney Sports Ground (18 August). Matches were also played at regional locations such as Wollongong.
