Student Revolts: Strikes in Czechoslovakia

University students reacted to the attack on Narodni Street by going on strike. It was intended to last until the fulfillment of their demands, which included an orderly investigation of the operation and punishment of the perpetrators. Starting on Monday, 20 November, people started demonstrating against the regime. Then for each following day more and more people had courage to protest in the squares of all towns.
