Today, in this green architecture, Artist Huang Jen-Yang uses prefabricated objects to convey his arguments on the subject of aesthetics. Objects common in our lives shed off into elements of aesthetic expressions through artistic manipulation, and which further extend beauty into the space and materials. Large quantities of eggshells from toy eggs are reassembled into colorful and adorable plants. In real life, real eggshells are often placed inside of the pots to supply calcium for the plants. With a turn of idea, the plastic shells are now molded into instant plastic plants. This is a call for reflection of human's relationships to nature. Plastic products offer us convenience in life, yet over-production weakens and damages the environment. Sustainable development has been in a tug-of-war with industrialization. How to balance these two elements is a subject you and I must take seriously and act upon.
