Taxidermy dog with front legs absent due to deformity. Skipper, sas once the companion on Thomas Barnett, original owner of the Niagara Falls Museum. Barnett built a harness which enabled the dog to get around. Following his death, Barnett (a taxidermist) mounted the dog and displayed him in the “Freaks of Nature” display of his Museum.
