To counter the monumental effect of the space inside the entry hall of the Zeppelin Grandstand, and to improve the acoustics, three temporary partitions were installed for the 1984 sound and picture show. The entry hall below the Zeppelin Grandstand is the only completed interior on the Nazi Party Rally Grounds in Nuremberg. Designed by Albert Speer to be a lobby where honored guests and Hitler could gather before going up onto the Grandstand itself, it was never actually used for that purpose.
