The Falls are obliquely shown in the central middle distance. Figures are inscribed, and: "rock". Written right bottom: "2 Beautiful effect of spring from / Tequendama falls over the rock which is sloped / with tender green / 3 yellow light - the remainder of the / rock in the chasm is dark brown, to the right / rich with ochrous colors / 4 water - rapid / 5 macaw on rock at the right / Beautiful effect". A bird is shown at the right back, out of scale. A man drawn in children's manner stands at the left bank. The dog's head is shown in front; beside is a rough sketch of a crouching cat. Bottom, reverse: three sketchy designs, each with added "rock."
