  • More Information: In the Middle Ages rulers and nobles were passionately fond of hunting. Here the hunting scenes are accurately portrayed but the participants wear elaborate court dress. Tapestries were often used to line a complete chamber. They provided warmth, but also an unbroken series of dramatic and colourful images.
