Lee Min-chung produces mainly two-dimensional graphic pieces. Lee has long been interested in the 3D-fantasy world of electronic games and electronic music. Indeed, these interests have proved a constant source of invaluable inspiration for his artistic work. In the piece, " The Dusk after a Raining Day ", he combines dazzling colors and unrelated images of cats, dogs, large eyes and plants. By repeatedly inter-linking, overlapping, extending and making collages of these images, bright colors fill the picture. For the viewer it is almost like entering the virtual world of a video game. This is the artist's private world, the colorful amusement park of a child.
