The finished driving wheels

The wheels look simple enough, but plenty of repetitive, boring work is involved. Even after laminating to the appropriate thickensess, the spokes have to be filed to the desired shape and then covered with paper. The rim and flange also has to be shaped and covered with paper, so that the cardboard beneath does not show.
