Rember Yahuarcani (Pevas, Loreto, 1985) depicts a myth from the Amazonian Uitoto ethnic group, to which he belongs. This is a visual journey through the beings that inhabit the physical and spiritual world of the Uitoto people. Yahuarcani believes that the memory of his people is contained in the myths that are the principal inspiration behind the art he expresses in a highly personal style.
