The King and His Court

To the right, the King appears fast asleep, slumped on his wooden throne. Members of his court lay on the floor along with musical instruments and open books, suggesting they were affected by the sleeping spell during a performance. The chamber has also been overgrown with the same wild pink roses shown in the previous scene.
