Vladimir Lagrange was born in Moscow in 1939 and is considered one of the country’s leading photographers. Since his first international exhibition, held in Budapest, in 1963, his works have won famous awards for his art. Graduated in Journalism from the Lomonosov University in Moscow, he worked as a photojournalist, contributing for several years to the Pravda newspaper, as well as to foreign newspapers, such as Freie Welt. Winner of the biggest prize awarded to photography in Russia, the Golden Eye. Vladimir Lagrange’s photographs are part of the collections of important European photography centers.
