As the agriculture evolved in Rwanda, the use modern agricultural tools become more common in Rwanda. A German car maker, Volkswagen that has an assembly plant in Rwanda, launched a project of making electric tractors. The project provides to farmers with access to VW electric tractors as part of an effort to establish a holistic ecosystem of e-powered mechanized farming services, designed to meet local requirements and to cultivate larger areas more effectively.
