Rwanda Cultural Heritage Academy is a public institution established by the Presidential order No 082/01 of 28/8/2020 with a mission of preserving national heritage and safeguard the Ikinyarwanda Language, the culture and its values as a foundation of national unity and dignity. It manages 8 Public Museums, Heritage Sites, National Archives and National Library.
