Spanning Song Zhi Road and connecting Att 4 Fun with Taipei 101, this footbridge with broad and straight deck is a rarity in the urban setting. Artist Anne-Flore Cabanis's in-situ work ""Triangles"" features a swoosh in bright white flying across the sky and cutting through the corridor of the bridge, dividing the viewers' surroundings into different layers. The idea is to create a sense of distorted perspectives for the pedstrians, while infusing the space with movement.
Anne Flore Cabanis is based in Paris and often travels to different countries to carry out her creative works.
In 2001 Anne-Flore introduced linear artistic language into her work by following two simple rules: a line that never crosses its own path and always turns at the right angle, never flipping over. The two rules have come to make her lines ""float"". Her creative method can be seen in various settings and format, including performances, sound pieces, and tied and woven installations etc., creating a brand new physical experience in an ordinary space and building that we are all too familiar with.
