Truth Will Out: The Place of Autobiographies (Panel Discussion) at the 2017 edition of Ake Festival

What is the importance of owning and sharing our stories with the world? What impact does it have on the community? This panel explored the lives of some amazing Nigerians who have been brave enough to share their stories with the world. We looked at their process, the cost of writing such a tell all book like theirs especially in Nigeria. We also discussed why it was so important to share their stories.
