Turmeric bread

The Refettorio Antoniano is not only a place to eat, but also a space for children and their families to spend time together and play.
Now regular Chef of the project, Johnny himself was once a guest of the Refettorio where he learnt to make bread. His famous turmeric bread, which he makes specifically for the children by adding a touch of turmeric to the dough, is as fragrant and flavourful as it looks.
