The drawing that I present in this opportunity bases on the convergence of two series of my production. A series of female portraits in which the characters and the surrounding show the same state of mind, and another one called Piel de bosque (Woods skin), where the texture of the landscape transforms into a fur that covers everything, only unveiling some hidden forms of the landscape elements through insinuations of volumes. The fusion of both series in this drawing on one side resides in the fantastic story, always present in my drawings, and on the other hand, in the recurring need to build the image from an anomaly that is more graphic than iconographic. To get lost in the textures, the rhythms and traces of the lines to find a silhouette that reminds me the reason of this mantra.
