In July 2019, Mistaker Maker was invited to produce two public art interventions, integrated in the 2nd edition of the Festival dos Espantalhos (in english, ‘Scarecrow Festival’), which takes place every year in Oliveira de Azeméis.

To work on the theme of the glass industry, which is now almost extinct in this territory, but once was the main activity between the local community, we invited the spanish artist Manolo Mesa, who, helped by his brother Francisco Mesa and after researching on site, developed their proposal on a wall with over 300m2, located in one of the busiest areas of the city.
