In the foreground, you can see the cadets during the drill. In the center of the graphics is the Benedictine monastery complex from 1723-1738. The Benedictine property was secularized in 1810. The buildings of the monastery were converted into a cadet corps, opened in 1838. Exaltation of the Holy Cross and St. Jadwiga was handed over to the Catholic parish. On the right, there is a body of a small medieval church. Holy Trinity and the Virgin Mary. Temple acc. tradition was erected on the site where the body of Prince Henry II the Pious, who died in the Battle of Legnica in 1241, was found.
