The panorama of the village of Legnickie Pole (German: Wahlstatt) was published in the magazine "Breslauische Erzähler. Eine Wochenschrift", No. 49 of 29 November 1806. The graphic designer is F. G. Endler, a copperplate artist from Lubin, the creator of about 1300 views of Wrocław and Silesia. The description of the copperplate shows that the village was the site of the battle of the troops of the Silesian prince Henry II with the Mongol army. In the center of the graphics there is a Benedictine monastery complex from 1723-1738 with a baroque church. Exaltation of the Holy Cross and St. Jadwiga. On the left side you can see the body of a small medieval church. Holy Trinity and the Virgin Mary. Temple acc. tradition was erected on the site where the body of Prince Henry, who died in the battle of Legnica, was found.
