The fencing, dancing and vaulting room was located on the upper floor of the old riding school building, erected in 1709. The illustration is about the fencing and vaulting show, which took place on March 19, 1743 on the occasion of the name day of the founder of the academy, Emperor Joseph I Habsburg.
