Virtudes fountain I

The drawing of the Virtudes fountain is attributed to Pantaleão de Seabra e Sousa, who served as a councilman of the Porto City Council on several occasions, and was «considered an amateur architect in the 17th century, drawing other buildings in the city of Porto» (FERREIRA-ALVES, 1997: 55).
