Waxed chestnut wardrobe decorated with panelled doors. Inspired by the Spanish panelled wardrobes of the 16th and 17th century. There are three of these wardrobes in the museums, two are on display in cabinet 2 in Room VI on the main floor and are from the Díaz Velázquez business's storeroom.
The large furniture in this room was designed by the Díaz Velázquez sisters to store the many pieces of fabric and boxes of thread that they bought for the business's needs. The room was not open to the public and was also where the cloth provided to the embroideresses was prepared.
