Wheeled privilege granted by Henry IV confirming a previous privilege which had granted nobility to Gil Fernández and his son Alonso Covo, residents of Tarancón (Cuenca).

A wheeled privilege was the most ceremonial document issued by the Castilian Chancery from the Late Middle Ages until the end of the reign of the Catholic Monarchs. One of its defining features is the page of validations on which the king’s coat of arms is drawn in a wheel, flanked by columns containing the signatures of the key figures of the court.
