Zazanza Pine Trees, Hamamatsu, from the series The Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido (Gyosho edition)

The “Zazanza Pines” in the title are on the outskirts of the post station; the pines on the beach with the unusual downward reaching branch style are the “Otowa Pines.” In all likelihood it was the “Otowa Pines” Hiroshige has drawn, not the ones in the title.
