ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΤΗΣ (Liberator)

ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΩΤΗΣ (Liberator) was a newspaper issued by the General Staff of the ELAS Peloponnese, somewhere in the mountain. The purpose of the "Liberator" and the similar newspapers was to inform the Greeks about the action of the rebel groups and the course of war, as the "official " newspapers censored by the occupying forces. The "Liberator" was issued in the region of Peloponnese and in the area of Kalavryta.
