“Pilgrim Image” of Our Lady of Fatima

The pilgrim image of Our Lady of Fatima toured the Fishing Port and Rua da Praia, on the shoulders of fishermen dressed in the plaid shirts that they usually only wear to carry the litter of St. Peter, in their parties. Dwelling through some main arteries of Vila Nova de Gaia, the day culminated in thanks, prayers, and tears in the Sanctuary of the Mount of the Virgin.
