A global community of underrepresented creators leveling the playing field for creators behind the lens everywhere and changing the lens through which we look at D&I and production.

Along with Aperture, Creative Theory Agency, FOR FREEDOMS and Google, they helped found the Image Equity Fellowship, a six-month six-month, application-based Fellowship awarded to twenty early-career image-based creators of color in the US. 20 Fellows are awarded $20,000 in unrestricted funds to create a photo-centric project that explores urgent, untold stories of their communities with dignity and nuance.
