Barbie Girls by unknowOriginal Source: Polish
When the Barbie Girls cabaret was established in 2005, it quickly became a phenomenon on a Polish scale. Through 6 years, girls have entertained and made us laugh at various events organized by the LGBTQ+ community.
It made life easier in hard times. Barbie Girls was the only Polish cabaret that dealt with lesbian themes and one of the few queer ones. The years 2005-2011 were also the golden period of Polish Drag Kings.
