Using slow, considered excavation around the edge of the issue can produce resonating, poignant language.

How was it to confront with other artists in Hot Spot?

I was fascinated by the diverse and complicated work, much of which did not directly appear to confront climate change ... but mined the deeper issues surrounding it.

What do you think is the main visitors' feeling in Hot Spot?

I noticed that visitors to the exhibition stayed for a long time … standing still and really looking.
