On the first floor, you will find JICA's Mission & Projects Exhibition, Special Exhibition and an artwork "Travelling around the World" of Oscar Oiwa.

Second floor

On the second floor, you will find JICA's Support Program for Nikkei Communities Exhibition, two artworks of Oscar Oiwa, an installation art "Messenger" of FUJI Hiroshi and a coloring artwork "History of Nikkei" of IKUTAKE Makoto. There are a Japanese Overseas Migration Museum and a library, too.

On the third floor you will find a restaurant with harbor view "Port Terrace Cafe" which has an artwork "Territorial Displacement" of James Kudo.
