Belgium is rarely a holiday destination but a lot of the European folk will one day pass through the country. This is due to it's centralized location and the fact that Belgium is a founding member of the European Union and hosts the EU's headquarters as well as those of several other major international organisations such as NATO. Combine all those things together and understand why infamous and well-known artists love to paint the streets in Belgium.
